Without soda, vinegar or lemon juice: an unexpected way to clean your kettle from scale
Despite the fact that scale does not harm human health, it still needs to be removed.
The fact is that scale accumulates on the heating elements of an electric kettle, which subsequently leads to damage to household appliances.
Traditionally, it is customary to get rid of this contamination using soda, vinegar or citric acid.
However, there is a much simpler and more accessible way to clean a kettle from dirty deposits.

Arm yourself with ordinary sweet carbonated water. Open it and let the gas bubbles contained in the drink escape.
Next, simply pour the sparkling water into the kettle and boil it. Once it boils, pour the water out of the kettle.
This method effectively removes scale. If a little plaque remains on the walls, it can be simply wiped off with a regular sponge.
After the above cleaning procedure, it is extremely important to rinse the kettle thoroughly with plain water.
