It may happen that a white ceiling becomes stained, especially if the home has been flooded. But this can be fixed with a few tricks.
You will need bleach, a convenient container, gloves and a sponge. Wet the sponge well in bleach and wipe the stain on the ceiling. Saturate the stains well with bleach.
Leave the stains soaked in bleach for 5 minutes. Then repeat the procedure two more times. After the last time, let the ceiling dry and accept the result.
If the first method did not achieve results because the stains were very dirty, then they need to be masked.
But don't rush to paint them using regular water-based paint, as the stains will still be visible through it.
Paint over the stains with a thin layer of oil enamel, let it dry to form an oil protective film that will prevent the stains from appearing again.
After this, apply water-based paint for ceilings so that it does not turn yellow over time.
