The oven is an integral part of the kitchen interior and helps us prepare delicious dishes.
However, over time, a greasy film and carbon deposits can form on its walls, which complicates the cleaning process.
Instead of resorting to chemical cleaners, you can use more natural methods such as citric acid, baking soda, and vinegar.
We will look at simple ways to clean the oven from fat with citric acid at home, as well as a combination with soda and vinegar for better results.
Cleaning the oven with citric acid is one of the most effective methods for removing grease and dirt.
First, combine forty grams of citric acid with half a liter of water, stirring the acid particles vigorously until completely dissolved. Then heat the oven to 200 °C and place the heat-resistant dish with the solution inside.
Leave for half an hour, then turn off the oven and wait until it cools.
Using a sponge soaked in the solution, carefully clean the walls and other dirty surfaces. Then wipe them with a dry cloth.
If you have heavy dirt, you can use a combination of citric acid and soda. To clean the oven, you need to make a paste of 40 g of citric acid, two tablespoons of soda and water, enough of which will allow you to get a paste-like mixture.
This paste should be applied to the dirty area of the oven and left for several hours.
After this, using a sponge or soft brush, carefully remove the dirt.
To remove the remaining paste, you can use a damp cloth. Finally, wipe the surfaces with a dry cloth.
Another effective way to clean the oven from grease is to use citric acid and vinegar.
Mix 40 grams of citric acid with 100 ml of vinegar and add water to make a solution.
Apply it to the dirty areas of the oven and leave for a few hours. Then, using a soft sponge or brush, wipe the surfaces to remove dirt.
