Don't rush to throw them away: how to stretch tight shoes

If new shoes are not very comfortable or rub your feet, you can try to stretch them.

There are several ways to do this using available tools.

For minor problems with tight shoes, it is enough to just walk around in them for a few hours at home, wearing woolen socks.

For better stretching, you can first wipe the inside of the shoes with alcohol, let them soak. Put on woolen socks and walk in the prepared shoes for a couple of hours. Then put the shoes out to dry completely.

You can make rough leather boots more comfortable with boiling water. Pour it into the shoes for 30 seconds. Drain the water, put the boots on woolen socks and walk around the house for several hours. Another way is freezing. Put bags of water into the boots and put them in the freezer for 12 hours.

It is recommended to warm up leather shoes with a hair dryer, paying special attention to the folds and seams.

Parts of the shoes that are too tight and tight can be lubricated with a rich body cream. Afterwards, they are kneaded with hands and the prepared shoes are worn for 3-4 hours without being taken off.

Hard backs are beaten with a hammer. The leather is covered with a cloth and gently tapped. Afterwards, the backs are lubricated with cream.

To stretch the tops of leather boots, use cereal. It is poured into bags, which are put into the shoes. The cereal is poured with water and left in a vertical position overnight.
