Garlic is a rather capricious product, which is sometimes difficult to peel.
Moreover, during the cleaning process, the caustic juice of the vegetable invariably gets on your fingers, which is why they smell like it for half a day.
However, there is a way to deal with garlic in less than a minute, and it won't require any supernatural efforts from you.
There are two simple ways to quickly get rid of the husk.
In the first case, you need to take the garlic cloves and put them in a suitable container. Then add a pinch of cloves, and then pour warm water over the vegetables.
In this state, the garlic should be left for 2 minutes. After you take the cloves out of the water, the husk will be easy to remove.
The second method is even faster: you only have to wait 20 seconds.
To do this, place the garlic cloves and cloves in a microwave-safe container and heat for 20 seconds.
After this period, remove the container from the microwave and shake the container vigorously for about 30 seconds so that the peel comes off the vegetable itself.
