Near Kaliningrad, two men illegally deprived a minor Russian citizen of his liberty.
The details were reported on Friday, August 30, on the Telegram channel of the regional Investigative Committee press service.
The incident took place in the Neman district. A long-standing conflict between a village resident and a man escalated.
At the same time, the Russian learned that her 8-year-old son was allegedly involved in the use of violence against his child.
On August 7, he and another man met the boy on the street, grabbed him and illegally deprived him of his liberty.
The child spent some time in captivity while his mother tried to get a criminal case opened.
The police have begun their work. A criminal case has been opened. A 50-year-old man has been detained and investigators are currently working with him. Law enforcement officers are petitioning to have him placed in custody.
While all the circumstances of the incident are being established, witnesses are being questioned.
