Traces of insecticide found on dishes of family poisoned near Krasnoyarsk

New details have emerged in the high-profile case of the poisoning of a family near Krasnoyarsk.

Traces of insecticide were found on dishes in the house where the dead children lived.

The Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Khakassia shared new results of the investigation on its Telegram channel.

The examinations carried out revealed that there were traces of an insecticide on the surface of the dishes.

The samples found matched the composition of the products previously seized from retail outlets in the village of Krasnaya Sopka and from the manufacturer’s facility.

Let us recall that we are talking about the poisoning of a family of six people, which occurred more than a month ago. It is noted that on the day of the tragedy, the house where they lived was treated with dichlorvos.

All children aged 6, 11, 12 and 13 died as a result of the poisoning, their parents survived.

The Investigative Committee is considering the main version of the death of the minors to be the ingestion of insecticide into their bodies.
