It has become known that an investigation has begun in connection with a video about bullying.
The footage shows a group of schoolchildren cruelly treating a peer for an unknown reason.
The regional Investigative Committee reported this on its Telegram channel.
As noted in the publication, during the monitoring of social networks, a case of cruel treatment of a minor was revealed.
Footage published online shows a group of teenagers bullying a peer.
The schoolboy was taken outside and doused with cold water. After that, the teenagers forced the child to kneel and apologize to the girl.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation examined the video recording and came to the conclusion that the teenagers committed hooliganism that degraded the dignity of the victim. In connection with this, a criminal case on hooliganism was opened.
The identities of the participants in the incident are being established by the Investigative Committee.
