The Investigative Committee of the Moscow Region has begun an investigation into this incident, RIA Novosti reports.
The Investigative Committee's statement said that an investigation has been initiated into the public justification of terrorism.
The department clarified that active work is currently underway to establish the identities of the girls who filmed the scandalous video.
