The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case over dirt and cobwebs in a children's camp in Kuban

The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Region reported that a criminal case had been opened regarding the presence of dirt and cobwebs in a children's camp in Kuban.

In particular, we are talking about an institution located in the village of Lermontovo.

In their official Telegram channel, investigators explain: “The children’s health camp is in an unsatisfactory condition.”

It is explained that the conditions of the institution are close to unsanitary.

Response measures

Law enforcement agencies received information from the parents of the children in the camp, according to which the minors were forced to live in “inappropriate conditions.”

Investigators opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of Russia.

An inspection of the institution itself is carried out, and eyewitnesses are also questioned.

It is emphasized that the police are acting jointly with employees of the territorial department of the Office of Rospotrebnadzor.
