The fate of the last prisoner who escaped from IK-2 Lipetsk has become known

The native of Uzbekistan was caught 11 days after his escape.

28-year-old Turgun Abdullaev remained in hiding longer than the other five prisoners who escaped from IK-2 in Lipetsk on October 26.

Information about the arrest was confirmed by the press service of the Lipetsk regional government on Wednesday, November 6.

Until today, only Abdullaev remained free. The other five prisoners were captured within the first few days.

A native of Uzbekistan was hiding in the Tambov region.

The man was hiding in a residential area in the village of Polinino. The sixth fugitive surrendered without resistance.

Descriptions of Abdullaev were sent out all over Russia. Law enforcement officers were assisted in their search by volunteer hunters.

The prisoner was detained and is being transported back to Correctional Colony No. 2.
