It is noted that one of the flooded areas was Pervomayskaya Street in the area of the Republican Clinical Hospital.
It is also known that in the specified place the water covered the roadway in a few minutes. The level of precipitation reached the middle of the cars.
According to the correspondent, precipitation is observed throughout the region. Forecasters predict that the downpour will continue for some time.
It is added that water accumulations are observed on all roadways. This has created difficulties for drivers in moving around by transport.
