St. Petersburg schoolboy sprayed gas in the face of a tram passenger
An incident involving a schoolboy occurred in St. Petersburg.
A minor used gas and sprayed it in the face of one of the tram passengers.
The press service of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation reported the incident on its Telegram channel.
According to the department, the incident in question occurred on November 17.
A schoolboy and his peers were riding a tram and got into an argument with a public transport conductor.
One of the passengers stood up for the worker, as a result of which the schoolboy attacked him and sprayed a pepper spray in the man's face.
The person responsible for the incident was detained on November 21 and a criminal case was opened against him under the article on hooliganism.
It is emphasized that this is not the first time the 15-year-old teenager has been brought to justice. Previously, he was a defendant in a robbery case.
