The buyer of an apartment in Lobnya, Moscow Region, also received an impressive arsenal.
The previous owner hid grenades, mines and a lot of ammunition in his home.
A Russian man bought real estate in the Moscow region and began renovations, RIA Novosti reports.
The new owner decided to make a new floor. He opened the old one and found an anti-personnel mine underneath.
There he also found a lot of other ammunition: grenades, mines, cartridges for firearms.
It turned out that this impressive arsenal was collected during the life of the previous owner. He passed away, and the children sold the apartment.
The heirs, apparently, did not even suspect that their relative owned an illegal collection of ammunition.
Sappers took away grenades and mines. Residents were temporarily evacuated. The ammunition was defused at the training ground.
A similar incident occurred in 2017, but in the west of Moscow.
Then the sappers confiscated 80 shells, mines and grenades. This entire arsenal belonged to a "black digger" who died and did not tell anyone that he had created an ammunition depot in his apartment during his life.
