A Russian man accused of murder in the Leningrad region has been extradited from Colombia.
The suspect, who was wanted internationally, was detained and handed over to Russian police at the Bogota airport.
This was reported on November 17 by the press center of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs .

The investigation claims that Frolov struck the victim several times in the head and strangled him. After the murder, he loaded the body into a car and drove away in an unknown direction.
A criminal case was opened on the fact of the crime under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The Russian managed to hide abroad using a fake passport.
Thanks to cooperation with the Colombian authorities, the criminal was detained.
Now the Russian accused in the murder case will be brought to Russia for further investigative actions.
