Police demand closure of private children's camp in Kaliningrad
The Kaliningrad Region Prosecutor's Office has announced its plans to close a private children's camp in Kaliningrad.
It is emphasized that during the inspection activities it was possible to establish that the institution was operating without a sanitary and epidemiological certificate.
In its official Telegram channel, the regional prosecutor's office noted: "We demand that the activities of the children's camp be cancelled in a pre-trial manner."
In particular, we are talking about the establishment of Scout LLC.
Police demand
As the regional prosecutor's office was able to establish, the organization did not follow the procedure for inclusion in the register of children's recreation and health organizations.
A case has been opened regarding the commission of an administrative offence by the camp.
The institution's illegal actions fall under the provisions of Article 14.65 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
At present, the relevant courts are considering the claim filed by the prosecutor's office.
