A teenager born in 2011 is registered at the regional neuropsychiatric dispensary.
He was diagnosed with "organic schizophrenia-like personality disorder" in 2016.
In addition, the schoolboy was registered with a neurologist from birth to ten years. The reason is a congenital pathology associated with a disorder of brain activity.
The school that Roman attacked is operating normally. He himself was taken to a mental hospital. The guy was already undergoing treatment in April-June.
