According to investigators, on November 24, the infants’ mother was in a state of alcoholic intoxication.
The woman injured her children, put their bodies in baby carriers and took the babies to a nearby store, where she then abandoned them.
The doctors who arrived at the scene confirmed the death of one of the boys. The second child is in the hospital, and doctors are fighting for his life.
