The Preobrazhensky Court of Moscow has sentenced a man who kicked a girl out of the metro because of her hairstyle.
It is emphasized that the accused is guilty of an administrative offence.
The court ruled: “To find the accused guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
The sentence requires the offender to pay a fine of 1,000 Russian rubles.
It is explained that the man mistook the girl with a short haircut for a male, after which he began to publicly insult her.
The accused chased the victim and her friend through the entire carriage, continuing to utter obscene language.
In addition, the attacker made threats and used unflattering, offensive phrases.
