According to preliminary data, the organizers of the crime found the perpetrators through instant messengers, where they transmitted instructions to them.

Let us recall that the explosion became known the day before. On the morning of December 17, an explosion occurred near one of the entrances on Ryazansky Prospekt, as a result of which two people died.
The victims of the crime were the head of the NBC protection troops of the Russian Armed Forces, Kirillov, and his assistant.
