In the Voronezh region, there was an accident involving two KAMAZ trucks, there are fatalities
A massive road accident involving two trucks and three other vehicles occurred in the Voronezh region.
As a result of the collision, one person died from his injuries and nine others were injured.
The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Voronezh Region wrote about the incident on its Telegram channel.
According to the agency, the massive accident occurred tonight at 00:10 Moscow time.
The KAMAZ driver, who was towing another truck, drove into the oncoming lane.
At that moment, a Škoda Octavia passenger car was moving in the oncoming lane, and the KAMAZ collided with it.
After this, a collision occurred with a Gazelle vehicle, after which a Renault minibus crashed into the towed KAMAZ.
The 52-year-old driver of the Gazelle died on the spot. The other victims were taken to a medical facility.
Among them are the drivers of a truck, a Škoda Octavia and a minibus, as well as passengers of cars. Among the nine injured are 12- and 16-year-old teenagers.
