The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for St. Petersburg reported that a 15-year-old local resident was shot with a flare gun.

In its official Telegram channel, the regional headquarters of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs writes: “The minor received a burn on her forearm.”

It is emphasized that law enforcement officers are currently searching for the young man who fired the above-described shot.
