A criminal group was formed in Perm that forced Russians to sell their apartments at low prices.

The townspeople were forced to do this by having homeless people move in with them and threatening to infect them with HIV.

One of the Perm residents couldn’t take it anymore and sold her half of the apartment for 460 thousand rubles.

Other city residents had their property taken away through beatings and direct threats to their lives.

The members of the organized crime group were detained. Their leader received six and a half years in prison. His accomplices were sent to prison for six and five and a half years.

In addition, the defendants were ordered to pay financial compensation in favor of the beaten victim. Each convicted person will pay him 30 thousand rubles.
