A case of negligence at a trampoline center in the Perm region has attracted the attention of law enforcement agencies.
A resident of Kungur received a serious spinal injury in one of the local trampoline centers.
The details of the incident were commented on by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for Perm Krai.
During the jump, the visitor to the center hit a metal beam that was installed in violation of safety regulations.
After the incident, it turned out that the trampoline center did not have any cooling kits.
The establishment's employees offered the victim frozen sausages.
Moreover, they did not want to call an ambulance, believing that the woman, who had suffered a spinal injury, was faking it.
The applicant went to court, which established the fact of improper provision of services and negligence on the part of the trampoline center.
As a result of the court proceedings, the trampoline center was ordered to pay compensation to the victim.
