A man hit a small child to stop him from crying. Details are reported by TASS , citing the regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
It is noted that the attacker, living with the woman, heard her child crying. He decided to calm the baby down by hitting him on the floor.
According to the department, the 10-month-old child was seriously injured as a result of the impact. He was taken to a medical facility. The baby is currently receiving active assistance.
They also noted that the man was promptly detained shortly after the incident. He is currently under arrest.
