In Krasnoyarsk, a deputy and former MMA fighter received a punishment for a fight on the road
The sentence handed down to a deputy of the city council of Nazarovo has become known.
Vladimir Ivashkin, who is also a former MMA fighter, received 160 hours of community service.
The verdict handed down against the deputy was announced on the regional prosecutor's office's Telegram channel.
It is noted that such punishment was assigned to the deputy for the fight he caused on the road.
Circumstances of the case
The incident for which Ivashkin was punished occurred in August of this year.
A video recording from a dash cam appeared on social networks, which showed a fight between two drivers of vehicles.
It was later revealed that one of the participants in the conflict was a deputy of the Nazarovo city council, who struck his opponent in the face 5 times.
As a result, the victim suffered a closed craniocerebral injury, which doctors classified as a minor injury.
Ivashkin himself did not admit his guilt, insisting that during the incident he was defending his male honor, which was insulted by his opponent.
