New details about the arrest of Pavel Durov in France have become known.
The creator of the Telegram messenger has been charged with 12 crimes.

Let us recall that the Russian businessman was detained at the French airport Le Bourget immediately after his private plane landed.
According to preliminary information, one of the accusations concerns the Telegram messenger's refusal to cooperate with the French authorities.
In total, as the agency's journalists learned from the Paris prosecutor's office, the businessman has been charged with 12 crimes. Most of them are cybercrimes, including:
- laundering of crimes;
- provision of cryptology services;
- complicity in the administration of a platform providing illegal transactions, etc.
It is noted that Durov is also being interrogated in connection with the failure to provide information to carry out the interception.
According to preliminary data, the Russian businessman could face up to 20 years in prison.
