An incident that took place in St. Petersburg has become known.
The girl, in a state of alcohol intoxication, lost control and crashed into a bus stop.
The press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region wrote about the incident on its Telegram channel.
It is noted that the incident in question occurred at 6:50 local time (coincides with Moscow time).
A 19-year-old female driver with obvious signs of alcohol intoxication was driving a Mercedes. She did not have a license to drive a vehicle.
As a result, the drunk girl drove into a bus stop.
The car was towed to a car pound, its owner is being sought. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the female driver due to her refusal to undergo a medical examination.
It is noted that if the detainee took possession of the car with the knowledge of the owner, then he too faces administrative punishment. If the girl got behind the wheel of the car and the owner does not know about it, she may face a criminal charge of theft.
