The Altai Krai Prosecutor's Office reported that dogs attacked a disabled woman of retirement age in the region.
It is emphasized that law enforcement officers will evaluate the work of local authorities in the area of handling stray animals.
The prosecutor's office explained that if the attacking dogs were domestic, their owners would be subject to appropriate sanctions, as reported by RIA Novosti .
