Two days ago, a motor ship collided with a motorboat on the Volga River. This resulted in a number of injuries to some passengers.
In connection with this, a decision was made to initiate a criminal case.
A criminal case was opened in Samara following an incident involving a collision between two watercraft.
Details were reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the Central Interregional Investigative Department for Transport (MIDT) of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
It is noted that the incident occurred on Saturday near Zeleny Island on the Volga River.
According to the press service, 4 people – passengers on the boat – were injured as a result of the incident.
They also added that the Central Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a case under the article on violation of traffic safety rules and transport use.
