Bus skids into ditch in Novosibirsk region
An accident involving a PAZ bus occurred in the Novosibirsk region.
For unknown reasons, the vehicle with passengers fell into a ditch.
This was reported on the Telegram channel of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Novosibirsk Region.
According to the publication, the accident occurred on August 24 at 13:30 local time (8:30 Moscow time).
The PAZ bus, with ten people on board, was traveling along the Suzun-Cherepanovo route. The driver, born in 1971, was driving the vehicle.
For an unknown reason, he allowed the bus to drive into the right ditch, located in the direction of traffic.
Ten passengers on the bus were injured and were quickly taken to a medical facility. There are minors among the injured.
Based on the fact of the accident, a criminal case was opened on the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of safety and human life.
Investigators are checking all the circumstances of the incident. The ongoing investigation of the criminal case is being carried out under the supervision of the leadership of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Novosibirsk Region.
