Blogger from Dagestan offended the feelings of Orthodox believers by spitting on an Orthodox cross

The man is suspected of insulting the feelings of believers.
The head of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Alexander Khinshtein, wrote about the incident on his Telegram channel.
According to the parliamentarian, Khavier Yarmagomedov behaved in the most outrageous manner towards an Orthodox relic – a cross.
During one of his live broadcasts, a man spat on an Orthodox cross and trampled a Christian shrine.
At the same time, the blogger behaved extremely provocatively, accompanying his actions with offensive words addressed to all representatives of the Christian faith.
Later, the streamer recorded another video in which he apologized for his actions.
According to Khinshtein, such actions cannot be left unpunished. In this regard, he sent a corresponding statement to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia with the aim of punishing the offender to the fullest extent of the law.
