A woman discovered a snake on the balcony of her apartment building.
A resident of St. Petersburg turned to emergency services for help, writes the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of St. Petersburg.
She could not explain to rescuers how a cold-blooded creature could get onto her balcony on the 14th floor of a high-rise building.
Rescuers who arrived in response to the call found a corn snake on the complainant’s balcony, which had cowered in a corner out of fear.
The reptile was transferred to a container to go in search of its owner.
However, it turned out that none of the neighbors reported the snake missing.
As a result, one of the Extremum volunteers decided to give the little snake a home.
