A girl from Primorye received 14 years in prison for arson of a military registration and enlistment office

The verdict handed down in Primorye has become known.

The girl who was accused of setting fire to a military registration and enlistment office received 14 years in prison.

This was reported by the TASS agency, citing information provided by the Pacific Fleet Military Court.

The defendant was found guilty under the article on committing a terrorist act. Considering that this was not the first sentence, she received a total of 14 years in a general regime penal colony.

Circumstances of the case

The student from Lesozavodsk was detained in September 2023. She was charged with arson of a military registration and enlistment office located in Vladivostok.

As the investigation found out, the accused contacted the person who ordered the terrorist attack via social networks. For completing the task, she was promised 50 thousand rubles, of which she received 48,000.

The girl's first trial took place in January. She received a 6-year sentence for attempted trafficking of prohibited substances.

It was to this term, handed down at the beginning of the year, that the court added another term for committing a terrorist act.
