A criminal case against the management staff was initiated under paragraph "g", "e" of Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
A case is also being investigated against the actual owner of a commercial organization assisting them under Part 5 of Article 33, paragraph "g", "e" of Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Law enforcement agencies have begun an investigation to establish the guilt or innocence of the individuals.
