RIA Novosti learned about this from the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Donetsk People's Republic.
It is noted that a criminal case has been opened against the KAMAZ driver who was at fault in the accident under the article on violation of the rules for the operation of vehicles, which resulted in death.
The defendant in the case could be sentenced to up to five years in prison.
The accident occurred in the DPR on August 12 on the ring road.
