A car ran over a horse that suddenly jumped out onto the road. Details are reported by TASS with reference to the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
This incident occurred on Promyshlennaya Street, in the area of building No. 5.
It is noted that at the specified location the driver of the car crashed into a horse that ran out onto the road.
According to the press service, the situation ended with the death of the animal and injuries to the passenger.
They also specified that a 44-year-old man was driving the car. He did not have a driver's license or an MTPL policy.
It is added that police officers drew up administrative reports.
