A serious emergency occurred in an apartment building in Ulyanovsk.

On Friday, July 26, in Ulyanovsk, three apartments on the 3rd floor of one of the buildings on Korunkova Street caught fire.
Residents were evacuated. 68 firefighters are working at the scene, 22 units of equipment are involved. Firefighters managed to extinguish the open fire.
According to preliminary data, two people died - a 2-year-old child and one adult.
It is also reported that the fire could have been caused by an explosion of a gas cylinder.
The exact number of injured has not yet been announced. Medics have arrived at the scene of the emergency and are working with the injured. Before the second fatality was reported, it was reported that 3 people were injured.
A temporary accommodation centre was set up in a hotel for the evacuated residents.
