American technology company C Spire has announced plans to withdraw its advertising from the Paris Olympics.

The reason was a scandalous incident involving a parody scene of the Last Supper, which is a symbol of Christian beliefs.

Representatives of the American legal entity explained: “We were shocked by what we saw,” as C Spire reported on the social network X.

According to company officials, ridiculing the Last Supper is an unacceptable step.

The event was accompanied by a number of incidents that subsequently received wide publicity.

So, in addition to presenting a parody of the Last Supper, the flag of the International Olympic Committee was raised upside down.

The event's announcer referred to the South Korean athletes as a team from North Korea, which caused outrage among the former.
