US base in Syria hit by rockets

The American contingent in Syria came under fire on its own territory.

A missile strike has been launched against a US military base in the Middle East.

RIA Novosti reported this on Thursday, November 21, citing a Syrian military field source.

A military facility in Deir ez-Zor province (northern Syria) came under fire.

At least three missiles hit the base, which is located on the Koniko gas field.

Two rockets exploded in the vicinity of the base.

One hit the southeastern part of the facility, causing a fire, the source said.

Previously, UAVs attacked a US base in the city of Deir ez-Zor. The targets were objects located inside the base.
