The scammers offer to take a photo with pigeons, and then demand 10 euros from tourists for the photo.

This allows scammers to make a lot of money from gullible travelers.

Christoph Wehner, a future municipal councillor, said the administration intends to strengthen security in such places.

Scammers' tactics

Tourists become victims of fraud when scammers do not give them change or accompany them to the ATM.

Fraudsters use trickery to avoid punishment.
