Foreign media reported that there were 61 people on board the twin-engine ATR-72 plane that crashed in Sao Paulo.
Of the persons listed, 57 were passengers and 4 were crew members.
The G1 news agency reported that everyone on board the plane crash died, as reported by TASS .
At present, employees of authorized services are monitoring the situation and an appropriate investigation is being conducted.
It is also reported that the crashed plane was heading to Guarulhos Airport, which is located in the state of Sao Paulo.
The aviation company Voepass, which is the owner of the crashed passenger plane, released its own statement in connection with the incident.
As Voepass explained, the aircraft was undergoing pre-flight inspection.
The airline noted: “No technical faults were identified during monitoring of the aircraft.”
