The cause of the collapse of the ten-story Dubrovnik Hotel remains unknown.
According to preliminary data, there could have been between 7 and 9 people inside the building. The possible victims of the incident include workers who were carrying out construction in the building without the approval of the municipality.
Rescue and security services, as well as a medical team, arrived at the scene. The situation is being monitored by the Minister of Security of the Province of Buenos Aires, Javier Alonso.
Work to clear the rubble that formed at the site of the collapse continues; nothing is known about the fate of the people who were inside the building.
