A Cessna Skyhawk light aircraft crashed in the Prekmurje region, the Associated Press reports.
It happened while the plane was making a panoramic flight over the picturesque region.
The exact cause of the disaster has yet to be determined, but the preliminary version is poor weather conditions.
It is noted that one of the passengers ended up on board, receiving the opportunity to fly on an airplane as a gift.
Among the dead are two men, aged 30 and 33, and a woman.
There were supposed to be four people on board. One changed his mind at the last moment and witnessed a catastrophe in which he could have died.
