Italian journalist Angelo Giuliano announced that Moscow should facilitate the issuance of Russian visas for European citizens.
As the columnist emphasized, such a step is necessary so that European citizens can come to the Russian Federation for vacation and work.
Giuliano explained his position: “Europeans should have the opportunity to talk about Russia, about life in it,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
According to the journalist, Moscow, in turn, could also benefit from what is happening in Western countries.
Earlier, Giuliano was extremely critical of the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Paris.
The columnist criticized the incidents that occurred at the Olympics and asked for asylum in Russia, posting a corresponding message on social networks.
According to the journalist, French President Emmanuel Macron is trampling on the honor and dignity of his country by making mistakes that were observed at the Olympics.
Giuliano noted: “I am ready to exchange my Italian passport for a Russian one.”
