The mood in Moldova related to European integration has become known.

In the north of Moldova, a march of people who oppose this process took place.

The member of parliament from the opposition bloc "Victory" Alexander Nesterovsky wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

The march against European integration was held under the slogan “Moldova without the EU”.

Young people opposed to European integration came from all over the country to the city of Balti, where they organized a protest march.

It is noted that young people are against externally imposed standards. Activists believe that Moldova should choose its own path of development based on the cultural traditions and national interests of the country's residents.

As Nesterovsky emphasized, the march showed that today's youth are ready to defend the values that are close to them and to reject the course chosen by the current government, which threatens the sovereignty of the country.

Let us recall that in June, Moldova, along with Ukraine, received the status of a candidate for EU membership. However, before joining the union, the state must fulfill a number of conditions set forth for it.
