Parents of students at the Finnish-Russian School of Eastern Finland have contacted the police over a scandalous article.

They filed a complaint after a publication claimed the school was a threat to national security.

CEO Katri Anttila confirmed this information, writes Yle .

In September, the newspaper Iltalehti published a report that the school allegedly posed a threat and would be closed.

The Finnish Security Police denied these claims.
