New details have emerged in the Nord Stream bombing case.

The possibility of sabotage was considered back in 2014, before Crimea became part of the Russian Federation.

Such details became known to the publication Welt am Sonntag . The journalists refer to German and international investigators, as well as intelligence officers.

At the same time, the publication’s sources are not sure that the “Ukrainian group” was involved in the sabotage committed in 2022.

This is how Gerhard Schindler, who headed the German intelligence service BND until 2016, expressed his opinion.

The agency cooperated with its Polish colleagues. Warsaw allegedly found information about people involved in the bombing and who may "have connections with Moscow."

Among them were crew members of the yacht "Andromeda", who had Russian citizenship. Therefore, Poland believes that the Russian Federation is allegedly behind the sabotage.

The press, citing investigators, reported in 2023 that the perpetrators of the terrorist attack used a rented yacht, the Andromeda, using forged documents.

There were 6 people on board. About a week before the sabotage, the ship was in the port of Kolobrzeg (Poland).

It is noted that the Polish side has video recordings made during the inspection of the yacht. But Warsaw has not yet handed them over to Germany.

Welt am Sonntag cites the fear that the video footage shows not only the crew of the Andromeda, but also “agents of Poland and the United States.”

Earlier, details of the planned coup d'état in Kyrgyzstan became known.
