France calls on Harris to explain herself after Putin says he supports her
Political figure, leader of the French party "Patriots" Florian Philippot stated that US Vice President Kamala Harris will have to respond to Vladimir Putin's words.
Earlier, the Russian president noted that before Joe Biden dropped out of the presidential race, he was Russia's favorite. Now, Harris has taken that place.
On social media, X Filippo wrote: "Putin has openly stated that he supports Harris. She will have to explain this!"
According to the political figure, the Democratic presidential candidate will have to publicly respond to such a statement.
Putin's statement
Vladimir Vladimirovich spoke at the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum 2024.
The head of state recalled that the current American leader Joe Biden once recommended his supporters to support Harris.
According to Putin, Russia has also decided to respond to these calls.
The Russian President indicated: “We will also support the US Vice President.”
