90-meter yacht rams boat with passengers in Bodrum, Turkey

The superyacht Ice destroyed a boat with passengers at the Turkish resort of Bodrum.

Local media outlets are writing about the incident in the Aegean Sea and publishing videos.

Thus, according to the newspaper Habertürk , the incident occurred in the bay of the resort town of Yalikavak.

Here, the 90-metre yacht Ice collided with the small passenger vessel Amey. There were about ten people on board the boat, including children.

The Amey sustained damage to its stern and the superyacht sustained a large scratch. No one was hurt in the incident.

Coast guards responded promptly to the incident in the bay. They came to the aid of passengers of a boat that was rammed from behind by a superyacht.

The passengers were taken off the ship and taken to shore by boat.

The pleasure boat Amey will need major repairs. The owner of Ice will also bear the costs.

Such a superyacht can cost more than $100 million, and even minor repairs can cost a pretty penny.
